Year 10 Cooking Challenge

Our Year 10 Hospitality and Catering students have showcased outstanding culinary talent by successfully completing an intensive three-hour cooking challenge to prepare two complex dishes entirely from scratch. The demanding assessment pushed students to demonstrate advanced technical skills, including deboning chicken, mincing meat, proving and baking their own bread doughs, and executing precision vegetable knife cuts.

 

  

 

We are incredibly proud of the resilience and determination every student displayed as they stepped outside their comfort zones, mastered intricate techniques under tight time constraints, and delivered exceptional results.
