Sushi Masterclass for budding Year 10 chefs!

Our Year 10 students showcased incredible skill in an exclusive masterclass with Grace Academy’s Head Chef, Cale! The students rolled up their sleeves and learned the art of making sushi, successfully crafting two different types, Maki and California Rolls, from scratch.

We were so impressed by the excellent effort from everyone involved! It was amazing to see them get so adventurous with their choice of fillings and step out of their comfort zones to try exciting new flavours. Huge congratulations to our talented student chefs!
