Future Unlocked! Academy Career Fair Connects Students with 35+ Industry Experts
Over 700 students from Years 8 to 13 recently “dived into a world of opportunities” at the Academy’s successful Careers Fair. The event proved to be a pivotal day, described as being “packed with inspiration, advice, and real-world connections” designed to help shape student journeys. The Academy welcomed over 35 guest professionals, providing an exceptional breadth of expertise for the visiting students as they represented a wide variety of pathways, ranging from major organisations to colleges and higher education institutions.
Students maximized their time by engaging directly with the professionals. They gained hands-on insights, actively explored diverse career paths, and crucially, discovered the next steps for their futures.
The feedback from employers and training providers was amazing, especially about our students. Two comments that really stood out were:

The goal of the day was clear: to support students in shaping their journeys into further education, higher education, and beyond. With such high attendance and a wealth of experts available, the fair successfully provided the necessary advice and connections required for students to take their next steps.
