Birmingham Airport Assembley

As part of National Careers Week we have invited Birmingham Airport today to deliver an assembly on careers within Birmingham Airport and the importance of the airport for jobs in the local community, raising LMI awareness. We would like to thank Andy Holding form Birmingham Airport.

Literal Geniuses

A number of students in 7, 8, 9 and 12, have had some of their poems collated into a through the Young Writers Award collection ‘Through Their Eyes.’ Well done!  

Shakespeare Schools Festival

Last term Grace Academy saw over 80 students be a part of 4 performances of a Shakespeare comedy The Merry Wives of Windsor. Some Y11’s went to Nottingham to see “An Inspector Calls” – a stage adaptation of the well known play by J Priestley. The students should be able to make use of the experience for their Summer Exam in English Literature.
