YR12 Career Ready Regional Launch Visit

Some of our yr12 students, who are involved in the Career Ready programme, were invited to the ‘Career Ready Regional Launch Event‘ at Arcadis in Birmingham City Centre. During our visit students completed a master class on ‘Communication and Networking’, icebreaker activities and had the opportunity to meet with their mentors 1:1, when they were able to speak with them candidly about their career paths and any tips they might be able to share in relation to their chosen career.

Feedback from students was very positive, as they said that the visit was beneficial and constructive, as it helped them to have a clearer understanding of what it might take for them to achieve their goals.

As always, we are very grateful for the time given by the mentors to help our young people and we look forward to sharing more updates on the successes from this program.
