UK Intermediate Maths Challenge

We would like to acknowledge our year 9 and 10 students who participated in this year’s UK Intermediate Maths Challenge. This annual competition is one which asks students to tackle interesting questions and develop their problem solving skills, while competing against students across the UK.

This year, we have had some fantastic results, with 11 bronze awards and one silver award. We are incredibly proud of this result as it’s the highest number of awards so far in this nation wide competition. Particular commendation goes to Ellie Thrower (year 9) who received the ‘Best in School’ award and Evie Schilling (year 10) who received ‘Best in Year’.
