800 residents enjoyed our Family Fun Day

In a sizzling family fun day in Chelmsley Wood, over 800 local residents enjoyed summer fun, inflatables, a BBQ, and petted a menagerie of cuddly pets at Grace Academy Solihull. Face-painting, gladiator jousting, mini-truck driving, and traditional favourites like splat-the-rat and hook-a-duck all added to the fun of the fair, and visitors were also taken through their acrobatic paces by students from Emma Jayne’s School of Dance.

Darren Gelder, Principal, Grace Academy Solihull, said: “It’s been a superb day.  It’s been great to host so many people from the local community and a big thank you to parents and staff who have supported the day. We’ve been holding the Family Fun Day for seven years now, and it’s a great way to celebrate the Academy’s success and give something back to the community.”
