Most Improved Student Award

Most Improved Student Award

Gracie Kerr has won the borough-wide award for the most improved student in Maths because she is now securing a grade 7 in mock exams from a starting point of Level 4 at Primary school. This represents 5 levels of progress; a phenomenal student achievement.

Gracie is always a polite, conscientious student who works well independently, and always strives to reach the next level. This is exemplified by Gracie always attending extra revision sessions (before and after school) and using the “Hegarty Maths” site regularly to improve and consolidate her Maths knowledge (logging in almost 100 times and completing an extra 23 hours of independent work).

Moreover, Gracie works well with her peers and often helps them when she has fully understood a Mathematical concept herself. I have seen examples of this in lessons and during revision sessions. It has been a pleasure seeing her confidence grow from strength to strength.
