Psychology

Psychology is the study of human behaviour and is one of the most interesting subjects to study at A-level. Psychology tries to explain why individuals behave as they do and takes a number of different approaches. Students will learn the basic assumptions of psychology such as behaviourism, cognitive and psychodynamic; applying these to explain human behaviour. For example is gender a result of chromosomes or due to the environment that we are raised in?
